Return Window
• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• This window allows you time to inspect your order once it arrives.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All seals must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used skincare products
• Items with broken seals
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or tampering
• Final sale items (if marked)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@haisonskin.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Return Shipping
• For “change of mind” returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. return processing center.
• Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
